My teaching style will be oriented according to the goals of the student. The first step will be to discuss with them regarding their available time to prepare, their way of studying, their source of material to study, how much time they can dedicate for self-practice & any other thing which will form the base of our lesson plan. Then with each step we both will discuss on improving our learning method by exchanging feedback & working on it to our maximum.
