I studied English \ Writing \ Literature in college, yet have not earned income on writing alone. I have worked in the Title industry, (Title Exam, Title Officer, Commercial Title Officer) over 25 + years (started age 17). If you are not familiar with the knowledge a Senior Title Exam Officer must possess, excellent logic skills, incredibly fast reader and comprehension of what was read, EXTREMELY detail oriented (or a claim will be filled and your company will be legally required to millions. Because I worked commercial property (i.e. American Airlines Center, Pro football stadiums, etc...), I had to work quickly and yet be perfect. I am well versed with legal jargon and terminology, while real estate and contract law jargon and terminology is second second nature to me. These qualities are a bonus in any high stress job, especially a position where accuracy, speed, logic and self motivation, and sufficiency, is a must! I'm turning to a new chapter in my life and focusing on my love and enjoyment.... Writing. An added benefit, I am also great at writing. So my stars have aligned.
