As a former Call Center Customer Service Representative role of 15+ years I bring many skill sets to the table. Though I am independently motivated, I appreciate collective efforts and collaborate productively within group settings. Moreover, I am proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP and data entry. I am meticulous when it comes to any projects I am involved in while ensuring they are done in a timely manner. I am taking the skills into content writing in the near future as my experience grows.
