I've been working as a UI/UX designer for 9 years. I have experience working on a range of projects, including mobile apps, major business programmer, and both large and small websites. I have a thorough knowledge of the concepts of user experience design and how to leverage them to produce genuinely outstanding user experiences.
I constantly strive to understand the demands of the consumers before I begin any job. What are they attempting to achieve? What are the aches and pains? Being a trained UI/UX Designer, I can only do this when I have a solid understanding of the demands of the users. I think that problem-solving is the foundation of excellent design. And the only way to fix issues is to first have a thorough understanding of them. That's why I always start my design process by trying to understand the users' needs.
