I was the top salesman at every organisation I ever worked for and by the age of 29 I was a divisional sales manager for the U.K.’s number one home improvement direct sales business. I took floundering regions from the bottom to the top repeatedly. I  built a fitted kitchen business from 0 to £10 million per year in 2 years and a 50 strong sales team that I recruited and trained myself.

in 2012 my 500 strong team delivered a all-time record £102 million of sales revenue. It was now time to pursue my lifelong dream to become a sales coach. Despite being 10 years older than the average sales coach and knowing nothing about the industry, nor having any contacts within the industry,  within five months I was officially named the UK number one sales and marketing coach by the Apctc.

After that my personal signature sales training method The Stressless Sales system went viral and global with a launch on Wall Street New York City to kick it off. I then licensed the stressless sales system to 100 sales coaches to be able to use it train it and keep all the profit for life. That allowed me to come to Bali and semi retire. 

But I’m only 50 and extremely fit and still work 20 hours a week writing sales copy, sales coaching, mentoring and training many clients all over the world.
