I design and build fully functioning websites from the ground up using HTML5, CSS3, Javascript/jQuery, and PHP. This has been my bread & butter for nearly the full 10 years I've been a freelancer.

I can use CMS such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, etc., if the client demands it and is willing to pay an extra fee to do so.

However, I can offer a website with content that can be easily and painlessly managed by the client. If a blog is needed as part of the project, I will provide a blog builder as part of the website project (complete with a user-friendly media uploader/library). If the client knows a certain page or section should change over time, I can provide a content editor. The website project can be static or fluid depending on the client's needs.

I can also provide assistance in domain registration, website hosting, and email hosting, among other important features needed to start and run a successful website.
