I provide high quality and innovative experience as an urban planner and data analyst for all your projects, related or not to the cities. I assure you an excellent communication during the entire project and providing any suggestions I may consider relevant to improve it. Having studied urban planning allowed me to improve abilities such as: Adaptability, Ability to learn, Proactivity, Communication, Creativity, Ethic, Organization, Problem resolution, Teamwork, among others. This due to working always with real cases inside the classroom that requires the constant management of diverse scenarios, which enabled me to have real experiences of co-working with diverse experts such as economist, architects, lawyers, engineers, etc., that demand a high level of communication, organization and adaptability, but it also allowed the development of new abilities and a facility for solving problems under pressure. Specifically as an urban planner I identify myself the most with the planning and management of cities, based always on the sustainability and the technology as key factors for achieving the optimum results. I consider I’m capable of adapting to any circumstances and give my best in every project I start, as I attempt to obtain the most out of each experience. Also I enjoy the teamwork and the possibility it allows of improving any idea. At present I’m interest in opportunities where there is an integration of diverse careers and promotion of technologies in pro of achieving greater analyses and spatial designs for smart cities. In terms of data analysis I consider that the most important fact is the ability of being critic during the analysis, considering all the external facts that may infer into the analyzed data. . Furthermore, I consider that any data will always be linked to the city and will impact it in its own level. Therefore, I consider to have an advantage over others thanks to my career’s analytical core that always relates every factor. As experience I have worked mostly with information related to the planning of the cities, such as studies of the real estate market, studies of the services provided in diverse communities, specifically to know which investors should be promoted or the quality of those services.
