• Monthly bookkeeping & payroll processing 

• Process payroll for US based clients and perform all taxation related activity.

• Follow Up with the client time cards & Contractor payments.

• Perform the planning activity for payment plans for vendors as per applicable law and prepare related work.

• Follow Up with the client for the pending payments and provide invoice related details

• Prepare and review business tax returns for US based companies. Prepare form 1040, 1120S and form 1065 for Partnership.

• Assists with resolving clients notice with IRS and other departments.

• Perform Compilation service for clients on Quarterly basis as per agreed engagement.

• Assembles data, reporting, and recommendations on taxation to senior management. • Assist with month and quarter end close activities with bookkeeping finalization.

• Prepare and process sales tax for different states' clients like NY, NJ, MD,PA etc.. .

• Assists with research and analysis during the annual strategic planning process.
