We have exhaustive experience in US Healthcare domain - payer, provider, pharmacy and laboratories. We have delivered projects involving edi transactions - both x12 and HL7s. High level view of the works we have carried out: We have worked on HL7 versions 2.5.1 (flat file format) and later including version 3.0 (xml based). Our engagement with our clients were not limited to just the transformation of data from and to HL7 but also to make sure that the data reaches the final destination and are in usable form. This as well includes the data quality and cross referencing with the standard list made available by CMS like the LOINC codes, SNOMED codes, CPT codes, ICD-9/10 diagnosis and procedure codes, NCPDP codes etc. We have as well done impact analysis if our customer is using any EMPI framework for uniquely identifying patients.
