• Having 4+ years of experience as Recruiter in Sales/Recruitment with IT Consulting Agencies, USA • Ability to concentrate in Bench Sales as well as Recruitment at the same time • Worked on sourcing all levels of IT professionals and maintaining a healthy relationship • Having experience on Applicant tracking system from portals and social networks • Connecting to new Vendors / Clients and maintaining a good rapport with them • Worked on projects with all Tax Terms (W2/1099/C2C) and Visas (USC/GC/TN/EAD/H1) • Ability to negotiate Rates with Consultants as well as with Vendors according to the situations • Have a passion to work on requirements as well as profiles of all IT Technologies involving combination of rare skill sets, when situation demands • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, excellent attitude towards teamwork and common goals achievement
