I need the following information ready for filing.

1. Mark or logo
2. Classes / Goods
3. Name and full address of the applicant
4. Mark is in use or proposed to be used.
5. Official fee US250/350, UK 200, CA 336 etc. to be paid through your own credit card (Official IP Office payment link will be provided)
6. Your use name and password of IP website (if you do not have it already I will prepare for you) need your mail and phone number and ID verification

If you are not living in those countries do let me know the attorney charges will be additional.
