I am a user experience designer partnering up with clients to create digital product that meet their user's needs. I help businesses to find missing design opportunities to increase the impact of the product. Currently, I work with IBM to create easy to use digital products for education initiatives. To accomplish that, we practise design thinking to understand needs of those who are going to use the product. I specialize in leading the design process for small to medium size businesses. This includes running design thinking workshops, creating and testing mock-ups, and putting together high fidelity design flows. I feel comfortable taking over existing design files to build new experiences or creating a brand new product. My skills include ideation, ux/ui design, information architecture, user research, and user testing. I am respectful of strict deadlines and appreciate clear communication and collaboration.
