Regions are asking the government to intervene to allocate the surplus of the revenue to the reduction of the cost of the bills issued. The Conference of the Regions has drawn up a plan of proposals that is structured along two directions: one of the emergency to be implemented urgently, the other provides for medium to long-term interventions. The main points relate to liquidity and tax credit, incentive and facilitation to renewable energy sources, the ceiling on the price of gas and the apportionment of bills.
