Over the last 7 years I've accumulated a wealth of knowledge and skills across a broad range of IT support roles, ranging from general desktop/helpdesk support, Unix/Linux/BSD and Windows-based server administration, to web development and hosting services.I've got a strong passion for IT in general, and open source in particular. I consider system security and automation to be specialties of mine, ranging from simple scripting and firewall configuration, to distributed configuration management systems and IDS/system integrity monitoring applications.I've also had heavy exposure to supporting small businesses, encompassing internal asset support and management, user and systems support, and providing host web services to suit their needs.

    Tim was excellent to work with. It is an excellent mix having an Aussie working on Yank time. He is working on our mods in the evening & the fixes are made when we start our day. Extremely capable. Will use again.
