Developing interfaces from web mockups is common today, we look for a free hand drawing of expected design and we work on top of that using most modern responsive frameworks like Twitter Bootstrap and Zurb Foundation. It is easy to develop User Interfaces but it is difficult to make it look the same in almost all browsers.
