Landing pages are fun but I can also do some "heavy lifting"! My core skills are Javascript/JQuery, HTML, CSS, JSP, JSTL and PHP. I tend to develop with SEO optimization and accessibility in mind. I create pixel-perfect pages. I adhere to standards-based code with an emphasis on good separation of content, behavior and presentation wherever possible. I say wherever possible because sometimes in coding to a set of browsers, compromises must be made -- this applies also when addressing page performance issues. I am a Sun Certified Programmer and Sun Certified Web Components Developer. I have worked within an MVC framework (Java, Struts, Hibernate). Strong in front end web development (html, jsp, css, javascript/jquery, ajax) but also have worked with backend technologies (mysql, php, servlets, struts).
