Throughout the various roles I have filled during my career, my ability to effectively use the written word has served as the foundation for my success. I began writing fiction, songs and poetry as a teenager and then went on to write analytical intelligence reports for the United States Air Force. After completing this tenure, I returned to the family company where I put my writing experience to work creating user manuals and related documentation for our product line.Having extensive experience with computers and a background in engineering and manufacturing, my writing experience was eventually applied to creating bills of material and other engineering support documents with Macola and Quickbooks.
