I am a human-robot interaction researcher and cross-trained in human-computer interaction (HCI). I am well versed in heuristic analysis and have used Nielsen's 10 Usability Heuristics for User Interface Design throughout my research. I am also well versed in accessibility, universal design, and user centered design. I have modeled various HCI tasks using GOMS analysis (i.e., NGOMSL, KLM-GOMS) and hierarchical task analysis.
