You've been there, you go looking on a website or an app that you just downloaded for something you think should be pretty easy and simple to find, only realize that you need a computer science degree from M.I.T. to figure out how to get around to the information you need. Eventually you press the back button on the browser or uninstall that app and are on to the next one, especially since there are so many. What I just described is an example of "bad" user interface design. It was so confusing to you that the best alternative was to just leave.
