I’m a business-minded User Experience Architect. I spent nearly 20 years as an entrepreneur and consultant developing web and interactive products before taking a position in the corporate world in early 2015. There I am heading up the UX design of a multi-million dollar healthcare software platform that will serve 100 million users. I have a track record of establishing a strong UX vision for products and companies and developing intelligent strategies to support that vision. I’m a big picture thinker with real-world experience designing and developing products and bringing them to market. In my career, I’ve worked with companies of all sizes, from mom-and-pop shops to large corporations including American Express Financial Advisors, General Mills, Harley Davidson, Home Depot Supply, and Pfizer. My focus is on building user experiences and products that add value, solve problems and delight users. For me, the end result of great user experience design isn’t just nice-looking screens. It’s a final product that can impact a business in amazing ways; increasing sales and profitability, improving customer engagement and satisfaction, reducing training and tech support costs, and more. As a UX Architect, Designer and Consultant I am a creative problem solver, an observer of people and behavior, and a complete nerd about data and metrics.
