As a UX generalist, my skills are varied and align with the UCD (user-centered design) process. As a researcher, I carry out activities such as surveys, interviews, and contextual inquiry. As a designer, I enjoy both conceptual and detailed design and prototyping, as well as visual design. As an experienced manager, I have led diverse UX/UI teams and enjoy building UX strategy and mentoring those in the UX/UI space. I am knowledgeable in many forms of evaluation from heuristic reviews to informal and formal usability testing. Although I do not consider myself a developer, I have in-depth knowledge of industry standard web development languages.
