I’m a UX Designer with a background in business development, customer service and psychology. In each of my past lives I worked in teams, created great customer service experiences, and presented to potential clients, and all in the middle of multiple fast paced environments. I had been searching for a place to exercise my creativity and curiosity a bit more when I began taking evening and weekend workshops with General Assembly. I fell in love with the UX process and discovering what prompts people to click through page after page or constantly come back to the same website and apps. I loved falling flat on my face with ideas in our teams as we wrestled through design after design to create a better experience for our users.
