- Analyzing business requirements and applying user-centered design methodology and technology to create successful UI/UX designs for Web/App products. - Creating user interfaces and overall user experience, resulting in increase in sales. - Improving user productivity, discoverability and simplicity through UI designs and redesigns. - Preparing design specifications, developing reporting and analytics, testing and managing user adoption. - Presenting solutions to complex design problems in presentations, click-through prototypes and design specifications. ????????????????????????????????????????? - Translating observational data from contextual investigations, interviews and natural observations into user needs and functional requirements. - Working closely with several cross-functional teams including business solution architects, customer operations, support and training teams and engineering to maximize product efficacy. - Resolving customer issues by establishing workarounds and solutions and by debugging and creating defect fixes. - Preparing and presenting technical proposals for clients.
