Hi, I'm Genely but you can call me Gen. I am still a student who is currently seeking a new career path where I could develop myself and pursue my interest in life. I gained interest in working in a call center. I was a technical/customer service support in AT&T for residential customers and I was a Tier 3 Technical support in AT&T Connectech. Both accounts introduced different software which we use to troubleshoot or manage customer accounts with sensitive information. With those experience, I can say that I am very adept in working with computers and do multitasking. In addition to that, I am also flexible with regards to dealing or communicating with different people which is something that I have developed up to my latest call center experience. I also deal with computers everyday personally. I love to surf and communicate with my friends online. I have always been very interested in working at home. I have been aiming for this kind of job where I could apply everything that I have learned and at the same time be able to maximize my time and be efficient. I believe that I am best suited for the job. I can work during the day or during the night. I am looking forward for a chance to be a part and contribute to your organization
