I have been working in the BPO industry for almost 4 years now. Experience: In addition I have been an Executive Secretary to a Travel and Recruitment Agency Owner. I assisted the business from permit completion (meaning scratch start up), until it was stable enough to hire at least 2 more employees, and developed a huge potential in eventually transforming into a medium business. I'll be glad to be hired as a VA or a phone/email representative (customer service, technical support, finance support). I will be willing to apply the very basic principle that I have acquired within several years of experience -- Satisfied clients and continuous process improvement will eventually lead to business success.
