I worked as a customer service representative/ call center agent, more or less 5 years. Most of my task includes taking customer’s order over the phone , responsible in providing information about the products of the clients, handles customer’s concern about their orders, solving customer’s complaints regarding their accounts, providing resolutions to customer’s account problems and issues, improving customer service based on client feedback through the development of new policies and procedures. My professional skills includes great passion about the teaching field with a great teaching aptitude with the ability to reach the target students knowledge grasping level using appropriate teaching methods and techniques, thorough knowledge of the subject to be taught and its background, great fluency in spoken English and command over comprehension, proficiency in handling computer aided tools and follows high standard of personal and work ethics.
