Here are the services I offered: 1. Customer / Technical support - assisting the customer with their inquiries and help them with navigation. Resolving customer's issue at hand. I am excellent at English communication and can work efficiently on the phone, email, and chat. I am familiar with different platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom, Slack, and other communication tools. 2. Dropshipping expert - I am familiar with Shopify, Oberlo and Aliexpress, and some other tools related to dropshipping. I can manage the customer service including order inquiries, tracking status, return/refund process, chargebacks, and disputes (e.g. Paypal and Stripes) 3. Service Dispatch - I am an expert in setting up a schedule to dispatch a field service engineer to the client. Since I have excellent communication skills, I can coordinate between the clients, engineers, and logistics. 4. Remote Monitoring support - One of my strength is to work independently - I can work on monitoring customer's device via their data center monitoring tool and provide support if needed. I am a fast learner, I'm doing my best to learn and be familiar with any new tool that's introduced to me.
