Need an experienced Customer Service or Technical Support Agent to lead and provide excellent and quality work? Or do you need someone to help you organize and keep up with your busy schedule? I am the person you are looking for! I have 4 years of experience in Customer Service (Financial company) & Technical support (Telecommunications Company) assisting U.S. customers. I was trained at a large Call Center in the Philippines and served as Learning Specialist/Associate Trainer for more than 2 years. I can provide e-mail, ticket and/or phone support and will do everything I can to make sure to meet your company's standards and policies while guaranteeing satisfaction. My experience as an agent and leader has honed my skills in serving customers and clients. This has taught me patience, empathy, attentiveness, process driven, although I also try to think outside the box. I was also in charge of collecting and sending data to our on shore clients through Excel and weekly conference calls, therefore I am comfortable conversing with clients. I have sent suggestions, revisions and created English and product specific lessons. I am detail oriented and work well under minimal supervision although should there be a need to work with a team, I can be a teamplayer too.
