Lebile Joseph grew up in Nigeria but moved to Nairobi Kenya where he studied Marine Engineering at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agricultural and Technology and proceeded to perfect his skills in different organizations. Joseph does help most of his former lecturer in project researching and various academic write up due to his passion for researching and academics work and some of his unpublished projects include dynamics of modern ship construction and launching.
