I am a passionate writer who enjoys a variety of assignments and genres. My background is primarily in academic writing, with a few minor creative writing publishing credits. I have taken classes in linguistics, English literature, creative writing, rhetoric, research writing, history of the English language, public speaking, persuasive writing, literary representation, etc. I have an excellent command of English vocabulary and grammar, and the ability to target a variety of audiences and outcomes. I have some training in German and German history, and am regularly working to increase my German fluency. My A.A. degree is in University Studies, with an emphasis on linguistics. My B.A. in English is currently in progress. I am eager to take on any type of writing or editing task, including ghostwriting, and can work with clients to reflect their own authentic tone in the writing task at hand. Proofreading tasks are also most welcome! While I don't have any paid experience writing blog posts, marketing materials, product descriptions, or general website content, I feel confident that I can excel in these tasks and will be glad venture into these areas as well.
