I am an experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant. I've done cold calling for 1 year now, with a Real Estate Investor and a couple of Real Estate Agents. I am very familiar with Mojo dialer because that's what I mostly used in making cold calls. The CRM that I am familiar with is Podio. I am very much trained as to how cold calling works. I know how to determine the different type of leads such as Hot, Warm, and Cold lead. Of course, we would always want to go with hot leads so there's a big chance that we could buy them right away. Warm could be good and Cold can also be a good follow up until the homeowners are wholeheartedly interested in selling. Other platforms that I use were Ringless Voicemail (RVM) and Sherpa Text Messaging.
