I have over 10 years working in the video editing space, and my workstation is able to work on 8k encoding as it if were 1080p. I also have mobile studio that can also work on 8k footage. Both of these studio come studio quality color accuracy and I perform color correction on footage. My workspace includes the Adobe suite, including all video editing, audio editing, and any work that would need to be done in Photoshop or Illustrator. This is an hourly quotation, but if you have a project scope I would be happy to negotiate a project price.
