I have been around art my entire life. Even though I always wanted to join the Air Force and fly military jets, although I think this had something to do with either Airwolf or Top Gun. I even signed up to start and with in 2 years my passion turned to Art again. I have always had a love and a passion for movies. I first saw true 3d animation on a visit to Shepperton Film Studios just outside London in 1995, which really is what sparked my interest.I knew this was something special. I hunted and hunted for a program called 3d Studio. In those days hardly anyone knew what it was.I managed to get a job at Autodesk South Africa, who where selling 3d Studio Max R1.1 which was then owned by Kinetix.
