- Conduct online research to find address and contact details for a given list of companies or customers.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
- Answer and prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports
- Create and manage filing systems electronically
