I am in my twelfth year as a Professional Virtual Assistant. Over the years, I've had to do a little bit of everything: I've worked for a social media company, coordinating with Chinese developers and a HK staff to run a website with millions of members. I've done real estate marketing, creating harmonius workflows between lead capture websites all the way through to the clients mobile device. I’ve worked as an editor to writers, a liason to clients and can also provide technical support via Skype, phone, email and video chat. I've also provided blogging services, newsletter services, and general social media management & support for a few dozen real estate agents based in Arizona and Calgary. I’ve managed several Filipino admin teams and trained them to my standard. On the weekends, I enjoy video editing and photoshopping. Over the years I have fostered dozens of relationships with US and Canadian clients and support staff. I am warm and friendly on the phone and can be relied upon to complete a task in a timely manner. I go above and beyond for my clients, having once spent 3 hours on the phone with a client to resolve an issue on her computer. I am a self-starter and highly motivated. I never point out an issue I can't resolve on my own without providing a solution or two. I pride myself in being a good #2, but cannot do that without being honest.
