Most of my past experience I work as admin assistant, executive admin. and last job was promoted as managing director. I am well versed with clerical work and administrative work. I am a nurse by profession but didn't practiced it. My last employment was in dubai for a business consultant company, and worked as MD. I'd join the company when it was reopened last 2011, I started as executive assistant then after few month the boss starts to hire a secretary, and some sales person, messenger, and a PRO. As they join the company I was assign to train and orient them for the position they were been hired. I first came to Dubai in 2008 and got hired by a telecommunication company based in US, I worked as executive admin. Since it was a small scale business our Dubai office only have 4-5 employees plus the president. I run the show when the boss is out of country, I used to do clerical work, answer emails, filing, basic accounting (quick book), activation of SIM card, make a PO, coordinate with service provider country manager, schedule shipments, and do some personal favors for the president like; booking his flight, arrange meetings, updating bank reconciliation, arrange cleaners for his apartment, and do some research for him. I can say working closed with the CEO of my former employment molded me to become a good admin. stuff and assistant.
