With seven years of experience as a virtual and in-office administrative, executive, and personal assistance, I am a rockstar VA who will exceed your expectations and provide the administrative support that is foundational to the success of any company. I am a member of the American Society of Administrative Professionals who has helped clients and companies in a wide range of business fields (with my specialties being law firms, real estate-related businesses, nonprofits, musicians/music labels, and small businesses in general) with every task one can imagine, and I love to learn about new fields of business, take on new types of tasks, and use new computer applications, my abilities include, but certainly are not limited to, calendar management, correspondence with customers/clients and other business associates, data entry, file management, drafting of documents, spreadsheets, and PowerPoints, appointment scheduling, assisting during meetings (ie, minute-taking), financial related tasks (ie, invoices and expense reports), conducting research, project management providing customer support, ordering of supplies, event management, planning, and marketing, making travel arrangements and preparing itineraries, and carrying out tasks relating to the client’s personal life and family (such as ordering groceries and booking doctor’s appointments). I have experience with a wide range of computer applications including MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Quickbooks, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CRMs, CMS programs, and project management tools, and am a tech-savvy, quick, and eager learner. I speak Spanish as well, which is always a beneficial skill.

       I have five years of experience in marketing/communications/Pr, branding, social media management, content creation, and content/copywriting as well, and am currently working on my Bachelors in a relevant area of concentration. Though you can learn more about my marketing and writing work under the listings for those specific services on my profile, I love helping my clients with both administrative and marketing-related tasks as a VA. I am able to switch gears at a moment’s notice, and have assisted countless clients in many different industries take their business to the next level by revamping (or sometimes creating from scratch) their company website, developing marketing strategies and campaigns, creating content for their social media pages, and much more.

    I carry out every task assigned with an emphasis on organization, communication, attention to detail, problem solving, critical thinking, multitasking, teamwork, time management, adaptability, flexibility, and adherence to guidelines and deadlines. I work from my fully equipped home office with zero distractions, allowing me to work efficiently. I am also very flexible when it comes to rates.
