My work experience has been based in Dubai and London. Administrative work is essential to any company. I started off in customer service, I quickly became vital part of the team when management realised I was effecient in procurement and administrative support. I was promoted to assist in procurement and assist in administration management.
As part of my administrative duties, I have edited and typed content for the company website, have been a PA for the director and drafted emails
I liased with suppliers from all over the world, co ordinates with warehouse and shipment. I have been made responsible for ordering office supplies, ordering stock, maintaining records, creating and updating inventories, scheduling appointments sand customer service in general.
I am able to work on flexible hours online, on weekends and priorise my work to cater to the needs of the company.
