I've been with BPO for almost 11 years. I was able to meet my employers/customers expectation when it comes to my responsibilities and work. I can work under pressure and can work with little supervision. I can provide results with 24-48 hours or provide an update to the customers/clients. I make sure to track all my records for documentation, hence, provide confidentiality/security when it comes to payment or customer's information. Wants to learn and gain more knowledge.
