Administrative assistant in Tea greens company since 2015 to date my role is answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff and cusomers taking notes and minutes in meetings, preparing documents for meetings and business trips. processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries. scheduling meetings and appointments. Best skills I posses .orgnization I rely organization and time management skills to keep schedules straight and multitask on a variety of clerical duties. written and oral communication i speak through phone calls and in person to staff and customers and compose letters, emails and social media posts using correct grammar and spelling. Attention to detail all administrative tasks are undertaken and completed with high standards without errors i often need this skill when proof reading the drafts of reports and letters am asked to type. strong numeracy skills are usually important in book keeping. computer literacy i spend much time on my computer using word processing, database and spread sheet software and internet with proficiency in Microsoft office 2016.flexibility my duties can vary significantly from day to day and often rely on flexibility to adapt to demands each day brings and excel in whatever task that's required. Strong work ethic it takes me to have a strong work ethic to complete all tasks required in timely fashion.
