Administrative support: Not limited to, but including building and managing databases, file management, data entry, creating reports, typing minutes. Managing emails: Replying to common comments, flagging messages that need a reply, deleting spam, unsubscribing from unwanted lists, following up on sent emails, forwarding emails and inquiries for other team members and team management support. Customer service: Capturing and processing orders and shipments, following up on orders, chasing outstanding payments, updating client records. Finance: Creating invoice templates, sending invoices, basic bookkeeping (debtors and creditors) Inventory control: Creating stock counts and reporting on variances. Transcribing and video captioning.
