Let me give you a brief overview of my professional personality;

- 3 years experience Online/Digital Marketing and E-Commerce (Content Creation/ Copywriting/ CRM Management/ Pipeline Automation and Strategy Creation)
- 1+ year experience Freelance PA (Data Management/ Copyediting and Proofreading/ Translation/ Design, Admin/ Copywriting/ Blog Post Writing/ Sales Messaging)

My varied although relevant background has given me a bucket full of opportunities to adopt valuable skills and grow upon my existing ones. Although absolutely not limited to, I mainly offer coaching on Customer Experience/Retention, Copywriting and Operational Excellence. My strengths and skills in these areas and I have had years and years of hands on experience refining and sharing them. I also thoroughly enjoy Administrative and Organisational tasks, these are things I just like to do and they give me a lot of personal joy making me highly skilled in these areas as a bi-product!

I am definitely open to all tasks, I learn on the fly with ease and feel comfortable in the unknown. Although I will always encourage myself to attempt something new also, I will only commit to providing the service if I know I can complete it to a high standard. In the case that I feel someone else will be better equipped to deliver, I have a circle of other creative professionals that can fill in too.

In terms of availability, I have a modest client base so Full-Time positions can be tricky, but have proven possible before when the project is short term and I have had notice to plan ahead.

I have travelled A LOT which inspired my business today! I'm a bit of a workaholic but on the flip side I'm super into fitness and nutrition which helps me create and maintain balance. I'm a novice gardener hoping for a plentiful winter harvest despite the few casualties I've had already. My friends would describe me as incredibly kind, a little odd and a great dancer. My toxic trait is taking traditional recipes for delicious baked goods and creating surprising but still ultimately disappointing healthy versions of them.
