For the last 3 years of my life I was working as a customer service support (voice) for the company Sutherland Global Services and VXI Global. I have a very good phone etiquette as well. I also know basic WordPress but still need improvement though. i also know how to navigate Photoshop however I still consider myself as entry level VA, but I'm very willing to improve and learn. I don't have that much experience in this industry by now, however if I will be given chance to work with you I can assure you that every task will be worth it. I can work alone and also a good team player, since I have been in the field for my previous works. I'm also used to the unexpected changes of schedule and I have no problem about it at all..
