I can work as a full time Virtual assistance, Copy writer , and customer service representative. I had an experience in bpo industry 1 year as a customer service/technical support representative for inbound and outbound. As a Customer service representative we are dealing with hotel reservations of a guest and as a technical support we are fixing the over booking reservation, error of reservations, troubleshoot the internet of the hotel. We are also troubleshooting the system which is sabre, the printer of the hotel and the phone and credit card interfaces. My second job was a debt collector in a Us bank in 6 months we are collecting the debt of a personal that's using a credit card. And lastly I have my own blog using bloggers I have a passion in writing a content or article even a story.
