Hey there, I’m Meghan. I’ve been working freelance for about 5 years doing some tasks and odd jobs while going to school at the University of Kentucky. I graduated in December 2018 from UK and since have moved home to Chicago, where I have started my own business TicketNation. I have wide variety of skills from online search, administrative work, sales, and helping other students with coursework, papers, etc. I am looking now to grow my freelance portfolio and put my many skills to use helping others as I establish my profile. During my time at Kentucky, I founded and built the campus crew program for a company called Love Your Melon. I built the crew of over 100 members by my senior year by promoting LYM, hosting events on and off campus and engaging with students through club meetings, information tables and social media. I also developed websites, campus campaigns and collected data from students. When the campus crew program began our crew was ranked 3rd in sales out of over 500 other crews across the country. I successfully built a social media followings on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. I organized many fundraisers and events, such as a 16 inch Charity Softball Tournament. Oversaw, planned and coordinated all details including booking event space, arranging equipment rentals, team registration and info, collected entry fees and donations from local businesses for a silent auction.
