I am adept at handling inquiries via email, chat, and phone, and I excel in providing personalized support to ensure customer satisfaction.


My role as a team leader allowed me to develop my leadership skills. I was responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a small team, and ensuring that projects were completed on time and within budget. My ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively with team members and clients alike has been instrumental in achieving organizational goals.
