I've been in the BPO industry for 9 years. I've been in multiple accounts and lines of business which includes customer service, technical support, financial expert and telemarketing. I also had an experience in leading a team before. I had an opportunity to become a team manager which exposed me on various admin tasks such as reports, knowledge in coaching and Microsoft programs.
