Hi! I’m Ana, a Filipina working remotely while traveling. Currently, I'm staying in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and will be exploring more countries in the future.

My expertise is in customer service, social media management, admin, and business operations. My previous work experiences made me acquire the following skill sets:

  1. Customer Service
    • Respond promptly to inquiries thru email and chat
    • Communicate with clients and customers thru different channels
    • Build rapport and maintain harmonious relationships with clients and customers
    • Handle escalations, maintain a positive attitude, and de-escalate as much as possible
  2. Social Media Management
    • Creates engaging written and graphic content using Canva
    • Creates marketing and social media campaigns, content ideation, and implementation schedules
    • Engage with followers thru chat and comments
    • Make sure that branding is coherent all throughout
  3. Admin and Business Operations
    1. Provide key support such as:
    • Appointment Scheduling and Meeting reminder
    • Manage complex projects and multi-task
    • Organize projects using tools like Monday.com, Trello and Asana
    • Write business letters such as invitations, proposals, contracts, and memorandum of agreement. etc.
    • Create forms in Google Forms with automation and Microsoft Forms
    • Write business reports and documents such as a month-end report, liquidation reports, strategic plans, market research, etc.
    • Provide administrative support as needed
