Hi! I'm Michelle. I'm an undergraduate of Bachelor of Fine Arts (Major in Advertising Arts) from the University of San Carlos in Cebu, Philippines. I have experience in Live Chat and Email support for 3 years and 4 months. As a live chat and email support professional, my job was to answer customers' queries over email, chat and sometimes, over the phone. I also have experience as a Data Analyst for 1 year wherein I was in charge of assigning workload to the agents. I was also in charge of sending hourly, daily, weekly and monthly reports directly to the client. My most recent work experience was with a captioning service. We were in charge of captioning live calls and IVRs using a voice recognition software so that it would appear as captions or subtitles for people who are hard of hearing. I have had some home based work experience for 8 months. I did basic graphic design, and I also did FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon) tasks. I also did a bit of content writing as a part time job.
