I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for 7 years. I supported customer on basic technical issues and handling basic issues and complaints. I have also worked as a full time Secretary and my job was to prepare all the papers and documents needed for our clients. I use Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). I also handled emails to contact the clients and setting up appointments with them, doing research, maintain our social media business account and I also do data entry job. We specialize in helping schools to create a newspaper. Each and everyone of us has their own tasks. Mine is to do the typing job and put the images into it. I make sure that everything is organized. Sometimes I also do some of the designs and layouts. As a freelancer, I have experienced in Uploading a product for Digital Brand, I am listing for products and services using Carousel. I also had experience listing products on Ebay. I am now working as an Amazon specialist as a part time employee. What I do in my current job is doing some research, listing a product on Amazon, do the keywords search and doing the bullet points and features of each item or product and also I do research for items with a very good sales performance on Amazon with a very good net profit margin. I also use Photoshop to make our images look better and awesome. I would love to learn new things and very excited to do more tasks. I am hardworking, I can do multitasking, always up for a challenge and committed in everything I do.
